Kin/Kin breeding has a base chance of 2% to result in a Werewolf. No Kin and no Werewolf mates with a Human if alternatives are available and no Werewolf breaks the Litany. Each dot of Pure Breed on either side adds 5% (Werewolf/Kin) or 1% (Kin/Kin) to those odds.

Fera, or the Changing Breeds, are the races of shapeshifters of the World of Darkness, specifically Werewolf: The Apocalypse setting. While the Garou were created by Gaia as her fangs and claws, to keep her safe, they were not her only children.
