17 mar 2020 · Say a character was inflicted with lycanthropy by a wereraven. I know a wereraven stats for PC gives DEX 15, but what if the PC have DEX over 15? Would the DEX stat be decreased or stay the same?
RAW, from Monster Manual: A character who becomes a lycanthrope retains his or her statistics except as specified by lycanthrope type. The character gains the lycanthrope's speeds in nonhumanoid form, damage immunities, traits, and actions that don't involve equipment.
By looking at the stats of the wereraven from CoS and you being a ranger, it seems straightforwart: Your highest stat should be dexterity. But you can talk with the dm, if in your case, that only is based on the wereraven-part of you or not.
