The purpose of WELCOA’s assessment-based certificate program is to build professional capacity and recognition of instruction and training in worksite wellness. Through WELCOA’s webinars and certification courses, participants acquire specific knowledge, skills and competencies.
By completing four Certificate courses, you automatically earn the prestigious WELCOA Faculty designation. Non-Certificate courses are shorter and easier to complete. They average around 1 hour of content and about 15 quiz questions.
The registration of institutions and their courses gives confidence to students, parents, employers, government and all stakeholders, that training delivery, student assessment and certification meet specified / requirements/ criteria.
NVQ Level 1 to 4 are Certificate Level courses. Once all units comprising a particular level has been successfully completed, the student is eligible to receive a National certificate at the applicable level.
