My dedicated portal room is herb run centric so it's Weiss, troll stronghold and catherby. I unlocked the harmony island patch a couple weeks ago and I just made my default nexus that one.

A portal chamber is a room that can be built in a player-owned house. It requires level 50 Construction and costs 100,000. Within a Portal Chamber, players can use their Magic skill to build portals that they and their guests can use to teleport to various locations around Gielinor.
Within a portal nexus room, players can build a portal nexus that can teleport the player to multiple locations around Gielinor. The cost of adding each teleport to the nexus is 1,000 times the rune cost of that spell.
The most important IMO are those from other spellbooks. The order of priority depends on what kind of content you want to use it for. For farm runs, Catherby, Harmony Island, optionally Weiss and Troll Stronghold.
A Weiss Portal can be built in the portal chamber of a player-owned house. It will teleport players to Weiss, by the herb patch, where icy basalt takes the player to. Players must first build a portal frame, then use the centrepiece to direct the portal, requiring completion of Making Friends with My Arm.
