17 sty 2024 · Purchased a new computer with Windows 11 and need to set up the IMAP email account previously used with the old computer. When I enter all of the IMAP settings manually (auto does not work), I cannot proceed to next step and complete the set up.
2 paź 2024 · After installing the apps in Microsoft 365, you'll want set up Outlook to start using email, calendar, and contacts. Here's how. Open the Start menu. Search for Outlook, and choose it. Enter your Microsoft 365 email address, and select Connect.
Add a new account in new Outlook. On the View tab, select View settings. Select Accounts > Email accounts. You can now add a new account. Under Email accounts, select Add Account, and select a suggested account from the dropdown menu or enter a different email address. Click Continue.

Set up and use Outlook. After installing your Microsoft 365 apps, you'll next be able to configure Outlook to start using email, calendar, and contacts. Open Outlook. Enter your Microsoft 365 email address, and then select Connect. Enter any additional email addresses that you want to use and then select Next.
Use the pre-installed version of new Outlook on new devices running Windows 11 PC version 23H2, or when you upgrade to Windows 11 version 23H2 or later. If your account wasn't added automatically after downloading new Outlook, add it manually .
Your account is successfully associated with Microsoft 365 or Office when you see the page, My Office Account followed by your Microsoft account email address, and a button to install the apps. Select the PC or Mac tabs above to help you with the rest of the install process.
