Unfortunately, this means you would need to keep two flash drives: one for Wii games, and a second for GC games. For GC games via Nintendont, simply change the format to FAT32 with 32kB clusters. Insert the USB drive into an available USB port on the computer. Double-click on "My Computer" and right-click the USB drive. Choose "Format" and click the boxes "FAT32" and "Quick Format.
