Pump House Stay Price: $250 per 5 people or $500 per 10 people, $50 for each additional person. Check in upon arrival to property for overnight. Check out by 2:00pm the following day. Pump House is accessible by individuals any time during the event held by Waverly Property Management.
The cost is a little cheaper now that they cut the tour by two hours. Sunday through Thursday nights you can get the building to yourself and your group. The cost for private tours are $100 per person with a $1000 minimum to book. The hours for the private tour are 8pm to 4am.
During tour season (March – August) Waverly offers several options of visiting. *2hr. Introductory Paranormal Tour which includes a 20 film then a walk through the building.*2hr. Historical walk through tour held one Sunday each month*Public or Private overnight sessions for ghost hunting enthusiasts.
