A Windows guest should then automatically start the Guest Additions installer, which installs the Guest Additions into your Windows guest.
11 kwi 2020 · The guest windows xp pro. The aim was to use this virtual machine for retro gaming as the 16 bit applications do not start on windows 10. The virtual machine works perfectly but when I run the game in fullscreen it remains small in the center and is not scaled to the screen resolution ( 1080p).
19 lip 2016 · This is looking like a problem with the guest OS, not with VirtualBox. In the manager GUI, File|Preferences|Display, try setting the "Maximum Guest Screen Size" field to "None", then shut down and restart the guest.

15 gru 2017 · The summary of what needs to be done: Click on "Devices" and choose "Install Guest Addition CD Image". Then Guest OS will see the Guest Addition CD. Simply start the installation and restart the Guest OS.
