I pay for the MLB.TV service because I want to watch the Yankees. If I want to watch all the games, I would need to get like 3 other streaming services AND cable in addition. The amount of games that are "restricted due to location" is so frustrating.
I'd have Hulu on and flipping through channels and boom there's the game. If I'm powering up either console I'm likely going to play something instead, and it's just a pain to get the laptop out to watch the game, even if plugging it into the TV. Plus my new laptop doesn't have an HDMI port so there's another layer of annoying :(
The number 1 option is obviously the MLB radio app as many other have mentioned. But I’ve tried the “Pro baseball live radio stream” app in the past with some success too. It’s a free app on iOS. Mlb at bat app is the way to go. $3 a month, pristine audio feeds from every team, tons of video.
