Access your TAP account to get copies of your IFTA tax returns. For certified copies, complete and submit the Washington State IFTA Information Release Request form. Once we process your request, you'll receive your return by the method you chose as well as through your TAP account.

Enter the UBI, Account ID, Deferral Certificate number, or Account Number as required on the Gain Access page, then click Next. Review the account information, and click Submit . On the Confirmation page, click OK.
On the Account Selection page, select the account(s) you want the new user to have access to. The user’s access level defaults to Prepare and Pay for each account. Learn more about access types .
How to find your Account ID. Your Account ID is in the upper right-hand corner under the Letter ID on the correspondence you received from the Department. The Account ID is also the UBI and can be searched by clicking Look up a business from the Home page.
