  4. How to File a Sales and Use Tax Return You can file your Sales and Use (monthly, quarterly or annual) tax return from within your MyTax.DC.gov account by following this step-by-step guide.

  5. Sales and Use Tax accounts are assigned a filing frequency. MyTax.DC.gov selects the correct FR-800 form when you log in to file a Sales and Use Tax return online.

  6. The Electronic Taxpayer Service Center allows businesses to report and pay their tax obligations using the Internet. This secure site also allows taxpayers to review their tax balances.
