After Firestar’s death, she enjoyed Graystripe’s company, the two of them being the closest cats to Firestar and among the oldest cats in the clan, having trained as apprentices at the same time. After she joined the elders, she also liked to talk with Purdy.
Sandstorm is a feisty, determined, loyal, sharp-tongued, and caring she-cat. She initially disliked kittypets, but after falling in love with Firestar, she was more laid back about them.
