You can allow Teen Pregnancy in Wicked Whims settings, then your teens can get pregnant from “messing around”. You can also use RPO mod by Lumpinou for more extensive teen pregnancy gameplay. This doesn’t allow your teens to play adult animations ofc.
Outside that though, do you have the teen pregnancy module of the relationship and pregnancy overhaul mod installed properly? Also, check the pregnancy settings in RPO and WW. You might have somehow disabled teen pregnancy or set the chances of pregnancy super low.
Lumpinous RPO has the option for teen pregnancy. If I recall correctly, there are buffs from parents towards teens who end up pregnant too and options to kick the teen out etc which is great for storytelling. I haven’t used it, but wicked whims has a separate mod for this you can download.
