I started Zepbound mid February as of today have lost 12 pounds. I am happy with the weight loss but 2.5 mg is not a therapeutic dose so be patient. I have heard 5mg and 7.5mg have better results. I am 5’3 so to be in my target weight I still need to lose about 35-40 pounds. I wish all of you luck and success.
Normal, healthy weight loss is considered 1 - 2 pounds per week. So losing 4 pounds your first month would be a successful, healthy amount to lose. If you lose more, it's a bonus, but should not be an expectation and should not be something to make you feel like you have failed.
