Nova is a frame with 2 builds: 1 that speeds enemies up (for farming and leveling) and 1 the slows enemies (for crowd control). Outside of speeding/slowing, nova is a semi-good (non-scaling) tank that can deal high amounts of damage, buff her movement speed and teammates speed, and make all enemies take double incoming damage.
If you are specifically looking for Inaros builds, there are much better ones utilizing some different abilities/mods/arcanes/etc. especially if you just want to be tanky. You can have significantly more armor + damage reduction, even on Inaros. Slapping on all the health mods in the game really doesn't make you tanky tbh.
