Warbird Information Xchange. The Warbird Information Xchange, or WIX for short, was started in 2001. A part of the Warbirds Resource Group, the Warbird Information Xchange is a place for Warbird enthusiasts to get together and share experiences, stories, pictures and to develope friendships.
This group is devoted to Warbirds. This generally means former military aircraft. Please limit your posts to this subject. However, we all love military aircraft so more modern aircraft will be occasionally allowed but only if it is significantly interesting.
Warbirds Resource Group is devoted to the collection and dissemination of information relating to historical military aviation.
This site is one of the founding sites of the Warbirds Resource Group and is dedicated to the preservation of the histories of those military aircraft that survived military service. Your help is requested, if you have information or images of an aircraft, either listed or not, we would like to hear about it. Thanks.
