Whether you're a DM looking to issue a Scythe to a player, or a player trying to convince your DM to permit your character to use one, you'll need to roll your own statblock for it; there's neither a Mundane nor Magical Scythe to draw from.

When this weapon connects with a target, the creature must roll a successful saving throw of (10+proficency+dexterity mod), or be by the blade. While a creature is you gain advantage on attacks against the creature with the War-Scythe and can move the target up to 5 feet around you as long as they do not leave your attack range.
