20 sty 2023 · I sent the gun to Walther Customer Service. This was THE smoothest transaction I could imagine. My email was answered within a day. Excellent instructions on how to send it out. They supplied a FedEx label. I filled out the form and sent the gun off. I received an email letting me know that Walther received the package.
Walther Customer Service - The Worst. Walther customer service won't answer their phone, I set myself up for the "call back" service and my phone rings once and hangs up. The operator option goes straight to voicemail and the voice mailbox is full.

28 kwi 2024 · I've been trying to contact Walther's customer service and have not had any luck. Their phone number [479-242-8500 Ext 507] just gives you a message "The person you are trying to reach is unavailable" and then hangs up.
