Make sure the PPQ is pointed in a safe direction. Keep your finger outside the trigger guard and do not touch the trigger. Insert the loaded magazine into the magazine well of the pistol until it is locked in place. Make sure the magazine is locked in place by pulling down on the magazine butt plate.
