If you have it in your area, I’d probably go for Harbor Freight before Hart, it’s Walmarts in-house brand. A lot of the Harbor Freight stuff comes with a lifetime warranty, and the quality is decent. “Some tools” not from harbor freight is <50 pieces of this set.
I tried for an hour to swap a 16" tire / rim & gave up. No duck bill but still. It is ok for high profile tires that you don’t care to scratch. Good luck with low profile or runflats. The bubble balancer works fine though. Following! That's faster then I can Mount and balance 4 tires at my work.

1 sie 2007 · Get a set of NoMar tools to use with your HF changer. Accept no substitutes. Wikco makes a decent mount/demount bar, but they won't sell it without a Wikco changer serial number because they are on to the game.
