From what I've heard, Walgreens' Certainty disposables, and Walmart's Assurance disposables are some of the better off-the-shelf disposables you can purchase. Better than Depends and the like, anyways. But, they still don't hold a candle to something like Northshore's product line, or BetterDry or XP-5000, etc. Reply reply. jakebremmer. •.
4 mar 2022 · Has anyone else tried these recently, or does anyone use these regularly? I'm incontinent, but posting here since it's specifically about a diaper. Interested in hearing what other people have to say, especially since most people here probably haven't worn generic drugstore diapers in years!
I wear 24/7 for severe OAB, Walgreens Certainty Briefs are the diapers I wear. They're cheap, easily accessible, and as long as I don't half ass it, they rarely leak. I have money now (graduated college and got a good job) so I may try something different soon.
There are no good diapers available at CVS or Walgreens. Walgreens Certainty briefs are probably the best, I rate them about 2-3/10.

6 maj 2024 · Walgreens Certainty Maximum Absorbency Incontinence Pads provide high absorbency of any leakages. We poured 4 tablespoons of liquid onto the product to test how well it works. The pad absorbed every drop and did so quickly, leaving behind a mostly dry pad to the touch.
