COOKIES & CREAM CUPCAKE (10/10) - I've had all of their standard cupcake flavors and this one is one of my favorites! The chocolate base of the cupcake is the perfect richness and the cookies and cream icing on top is very sweet (which I love).
One of the most famous cupcakes shops is owned by Chip and Joanna Gaines in Waco, Texas, the Silos Baking Co. They do have other sweets, but the majority are cupcakes. When my husband and I recently visited Waco, I knew that I had to visit and let you know if it was worth the trip.
