Launched it and I get the following error notification: The terminal process "C:\Windows\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\powershell.exe" failed to launch (exit code: 3221225794). I tried launching from the given path, it works okay. Elevated permission doesn't work either.
7 sty 2019 · In my case the reason was that I started a project from the project folder by typing "code ." command in the 32-bit of command line. The issue was fixed by running vscode directly bypassing cmd
