I couldn't find any monster statblock templates for word that fit what I wanted so I made some! https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1JgtAqHK7vykrckvSUM9jQywelaFSxYhb?usp=sharing. The double width statblock is finicky and a bit weird but they both work. Hopefully you can find some use out of them!

Someone let me know if you can't download the template. I know there's better options out there for generating monster stat blocks but I guess you can use this if you want to stick a monster straight into a word file.
It isn't perfect but it captures the feel of a MM stat block without requiring a program or image embedding. Obviously, the template is a conglomeration of many different abilities, but I wanted to provide the syntax/formatting for all the major components that could be in a block.
Calculate the estimated CR of this creature at two different levels (Hit Dice) and write it below. Monstershuffler will then calculate all the other CRs automatically. You can use the instructions at page 274 of the Dungeon Master's Guide or our tables as reference.
