6 dni temu · ViksUI is a fully functional UI replacement for WOW with many extra features that are not included in the standard UI. Almost everything can easily be changed in-game. Panels and borders can have colors on, or turned off.
I am not going to make a complete UI to download. I provided links to the ElvUI import string, the Weak Auras imports and I linked my Media addon with my textures and fonts. Those will get you close to what you see in my screenshots.

I like these -- pretty much subtle tweaks to the default Blizzard UI -- but couldn't find them anywhere. Are these are not available to the public? If this is so, does anyone know an alternative way to achieve those effects, particularly for unit frames?

You can config per character all the values you want to see and hide the ones you don't care about. Simple Item Levels - Show item levels on: The character panel, The inspect panel, Weapons, armor, and artifact relics in bags. Shows missing enchants and gems on character panel.
