Vortex dragon has an extremely niche usage in soloing faaHL in order to clear the debuff labor. There are quite a few alternative summons used to clear this labor in the solo like bonito or thor, but flb vortex dragon is one of the options. May want to consider not reducing it.
Vortex Dragon does too. He helps reduce the number of spells you need to cast to OTK meat using light. I am using him right now.

7 maj 2024 · Similar to the Ennead series, the 6 Dragon raids introduce a set of weapons with supplmental damage. Also through them you can ULB your magna summons. This is the highest priority to forcus on.
