If you have a Windows PC, you will always be able to run visual novels as long as your visual novel supports the Windows version you are running. Tsukihime is released but unfortunately its only on Switch and PS4. But don't give up hope yet, you can still use Switch emulator to play it on PC if you want.

It will make a new virtual drive with the visual novel title on it. 2. Run setup. Open setup.exe with locale emulator. Right click on setup.exe - locale emulator - run in japanese.
