24 gru 2012 · I spent the night tweaking my computer running windows 7. I got a little performance gains but unfortunately, the Win-key keyboard shortcuts no longer work. How do you fix them?
22 maj 2007 · It causes the links in the Start menu's Game button menu to not work and have to have the shortcuts be recreated again. You can restore them by adding the shortcut arrow back. Using the program above instead does not mess these up when removing the shortcut arrows though. Shawn
26 paź 2013 · Windows Shortcut Arrow Editor allows you to remove the shortcut arrow in Windows 8, Windows 7 and Windows Vista or set it to the nice custom icon. It works properly in both x86 and x64 editions of Windows and does not require to be installed.
Used this method myself, you cannot downgrade from windows 7 to xp straight. First downgrade 7 to Vista then Vista to XP. Have a good day and happy downgrading!

12 mar 2009 · First, try disabling and then re-enabling System Restore. To do so, click Start, Control Panel, Performance and Maintenance (in Category view), System. In the System Properties dialog box, click the System Restore tab and check the Turn off System Restore option.
