If your mods are updating and you get stuck in the "Restart Required" loop in the game, you shouldn't need to uninstall/reinstall the mods in order to stop it. Simply follow the steps below to fix it: Navigate to your %DOCUMENTS%\Klei\OxygenNotIncluded\mods folder.
For the past day I've been stuck in an infinite loop of Preparing Automatic Repair, I can't get to troubleshoot options/safe mode (restarting three times and f8 repeatedly do nothing), all scans that I can perform without the OS actually on say everything is fine, and I can't do anything with BIOS.

10 lip 2010 · Download the ISO file at the supplied link, and make a Bootable Startup Repair Disk from it. Go into your Bios/Setup, or Boot Menu, at startup, and change the Boot Order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the Boot Order, then reboot with the disk in the Drive.
