24 sie 2008 · #1. Vista Restart Loop Hi all, I've been getting some troubles with my Vista computer booting up. Whenever I restart it (or even turn it off and then back on without leaving it for a long while), it will crash during the loading screen, and then restart, and then crash, creating an endless loop unless I boot up in Safe Mode.

30 lis 2016 · Disconnect all cables from the PC (including the power cable). Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds and then release it. Reconnect the power cable, monitor, keyboard and mouse.
