This guide explains how we can help if you want to transfer your regular payment arrangements (such as Direct Debits and standing orders), to your Virgin Money Current Account. The service is available to all customers including larger corporate customers.
If your Request is received before the cut-off time the funds will normally reach the beneficiary's account by the end of the day. See Condition 6 of these terms for more details.
If you have a fully flexible or an everyday mortgage with Virgin Money, you may apply for a one-month payment holiday for every nine consecutive full monthly payments you make. The maximum payment holiday period is three months, which can be applied for once you have made 27 consecutive full monthly payments.
The time it takes for a payment to clear depends on how and when the payment was made. If you make a payment on a Bank Holiday or weekend, your payment may be delayed by up to 2 days. Direct Debit
