You can pay in cheques up to £1000 using the Virgin Money Mobile Banking app, up to a total of £5000 a day. The mobile cheque deposit feature lets you snap a photo of it and ping it into your Current Account or Instant Savings account.
Payments can normally be made 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Please note, this service may be temporarily unavailable during periods of routine maintenance. Payments can be made via internet banking, mobile and telephone banking within our transaction limits.
If the retailer does not fully process the purchase or payment, the amount will be released to your account. This usually takes around 7 days, although it can take up to 28 days in some rare cases. Getting in touch with the retailer is usually the quickest way to resolve any issues.
