Existing credit card customers. Advice and support to help you get clever with your credit card
You'll need the Virgin Money Credit Card app to manage your credit card digitally. View your latest transactions and keep tabs on your balance. Set up and manage your Direct Debit, or make a one-off payment. Easily transfer a balance or move money into your account.
You can make a one-off debit card payment via our app, by choosing ‘Payments’ from the menu, then ‘Pay by debit card’ and following the instructions on screen. If you would prefer to make a payment by debit card over the phone, contact us to use our automated phone service.
You can use our automated telephone banking to check your balance, see transactions or make a payment by calling 0800 011 3210 for Virgin Money or 0800 085 3210 for Virgin Atlantic and selecting option 4*.

Here you can: • Set up a new Direct Debit or change your Direct Debit payment amount• Transfer a balance from another credit card or move money to a bank account that's in your name• Set up a new instalment plan.
