The Village of North Palm Beach believes in achieving voluntary compliance with proactive and reactive code violations, and it sees education as the key to reaching this goal. The challenge lies in the fact that many citizens are not aware that they are violating local ordinances.

When a code violation is reported, we open a complaint and work toward resolving the violation through a process of education, inspection, and notices. Continued violations are followed by progressive enforcement: Code Enforcement receives a complaint. Department conducts an inspection.

Code Enforcement staff will reach out to you to schedule an appointment once a request has been submitted.
