In the first few hours a handful of views, and then across the next day it gets into the algorithm and gains around 3k views. Then suddenly the views and impressions went almost fully flat. It just went from 300 views per hour to just 3 views per hour.
YouTube is trying to promote shorts heavily right now. I have some that have gotten good views and others only my subscribers. I have looked at big YouTube channels and theirs are the same way. Some have 40k views and other videos have 200 views.

I used to get around 10 to 12k views over a 48 hour period but now it's at 5k. It was one big drop mostly from all of my videos getting less views from search. So it is not just one video that has declined... I am a bit worried tbh 🙃.
