A few times a day, the screen completely stops responding to touch. I can't wake it up by tapping, and when I lift the phone to wake it up, I can't unlock it as it won't recognize any swipes or taps whatsoever.
My dad's Iphone 12 display works, the device turns on but it is not responsive to touch. This issue started a few weeks ago and the hard reset method (volume up, volume down, hold power button) used to work.
