All students admitted to VHCC (Virginia Highlands Community College) are assigned a VCCS (Virginia Community College System) student account. The myVHCC student account is your gateway to accessing a host of information about yourself, classes, grades, and other important information.
Columbus State Community College has four TRIO programs (Student Support Services, Student Support Services STEM, Upward Bound, and Educational Talent Search). The TRIO programs mission is to assist our participants in their educational journey and give them the tools they need to be successful.

Student Support Services. We are committed to being a vital part of your academic success here at Columbus State. Eligible participants in the Student Services Programs receive one-to-one coaching on a regular basis, access to tutoring and mentoring, and many other academic-related support services.
