7 lis 2005 · I'm using Radio Shack DIY S-video plugs (#278-451) and I'm finding them really difficult to use. It's tough to get the wires to fit into the tiny receptacles on the S-video plugs (when I tin the wires of the center conductor, I can't cram it into the receptacle).
22 lis 2008 · I see there are cable available to go from vga to s-video. Does this work? Anyone ever tried it? or even VGA > RCA? I basically have a scart socket, i have an adapter which allows rca or s-video to go into the scart plug.
Radio shack's warranty's are a scam! I purchased a ZTE Muve phone from Radio shack, The service man also recommended I purchase the 2 YEAR extended warranty. He said for 2 years it would cover anything that the manufacture would not cover, including, theft, loss, broken, washed, dried, dropped in a toilet, etc....

13 sie 2001 · I needed a quick S-Video cable so I grabbed one from Radio Shack for $21 after tax (12 ft.). I'm thinking of returning it however and getting another one...
17 gru 2002 · I bought toslink, S-video and digital coax and haven't had any problems. Good performance and good build quality. My only regret is that I didn't buy more. I still look every time I walk into a Radio Shack because sometimes if they are cleaning out stock they will have some outstanding deals on thier Gold Series cables.
18 kwi 2008 · The Radio Shack "gold" series cables were really good. However, I haven't seen them in years and I think they have been discontinued! However, you can get cables as good or better for about the same price at many other places . . .
