The very first sign I had, about a week after conception, was I woke up with my chin completely broken out. I’m prone to hormonal acne but this was like 4 painful zits at once. A few days later at 3.5 weeks I got a faint positive line on a test.
Symptoms started at least a half week before my missed period and were exactly like my period symptoms...some cramping, moodiness, and sore boobs. But when my period never came I took a pregnancy test (a few days after my missed period). Pretty much the day after the test my symptoms ramped up hard.

18 mar 2012 · My biggest first symptom was missing my period. I got my BFP around 5 weeks. I had some cramping, breast tenderness, and fatigue for about a week & a half that I thought were just my usual PMS - when I realized I had missed my period by almost a week, I took the test.
My very first symptom is stretchy/egg white cervical mucus passed ovulation. I can tell I am pregnant even before a test will be positive (eight pregnancies in and I have never been wrong). Then I’ll get cramps a couple days before I expect to bleed.
