The very first symptom was the feeling of stuffiness, and I just thought that I was on the verge of getting a cold (This would have been early week 4) since it was mid winter. I googled if stuffiness an early pregnancy symptom, and google confirmed.
18 mar 2012 · My biggest first symptom was missing my period. I got my BFP around 5 weeks. I had some cramping, breast tenderness, and fatigue for about a week & a half that I thought were just my usual PMS - when I realized I had missed my period by almost a week, I took the test.
So i want to hear from you all you ladies' first pregnancy symptoms. Some that you didn't even think were signs, but ended up being.
My very first symptom is stretchy/egg white cervical mucus passed ovulation. I can tell I am pregnant even before a test will be positive (eight pregnancies in and I have never been wrong). Then I’ll get cramps a couple days before I expect to bleed.

20 maj 2018 · I had the classic symptoms in the first month. Mood swings, extreme breast pain, nausea, I was exhausted and felt like I had the flu without any real flu symptoms. My temp went up a half a degree right away and I stopped wanting coffee and meat within weeks.
