29 gru 2015 · If you do need to speak with a manager, you will have to call into our customer service team and request to be transferred to one over the phone. Very disappointing customer service. No motivation...since they have to return money.
27 gru 2022 · I've traded in my phone with Verizon three times and two of those times they've screwed it up and tried to charge me. One of those times was six months after it was returned! The tracking info was no longer available at that point, but I had saved the confirmation.
