8 wrz 2002 · Computer Chips & Tuners - Venom 400, thoughts and opinions - Has anyone used the Venom 400 performance control module. I am thinking of purchasing one of these, as a low to mid range option, instead of just the WOT/none compensating chips that are on the market now.
The Venom400 performance control module is an add on control unit that features it's own micro-controller. This module is connected to the throttle position sensor and the Manifold absolute pressure sensor, and by monitoring the sensors output characteristics and modifying the input signal to the vehicles existing ECU. Strength: Thanks to the skilled professional I had install the module, it is at least a visually acceptable addition (although non-functional) to my engine bay. Weakness: No noticeable hp, tq, or acceleration gains. I bought the module based on the expectation that my VR4 would gain up to 25%hp.
12 wrz 2020 · Like Youtube reviews say, they might be the most underrated tires. Keep us updated how they do in the winter and adverse weather. I keep trying to find anything other than random reviews and so far have struck out.
15 sie 2004 · I was looking into the Venom 400 control module, and was wondering if anyone has had experience with it. Positive feedback? negative? I realize most people don't use piggy back computers until they have done every bolt on they can, but does the venom perform as promised? Any thoughts would help.
Havent heard too much about these modules. One of my friends said it made a big difference when he put one on his Civic. I bought one on eBay for $150 which is about half of retail. -waiting on it still Anyone know of any hard facts or cons? 25% hp gain is a bold claim: VENOM 400™...
