Instructions. Brown the ground beef in a skillet. Remove from heat when the beef is cooked through. Spray the bowl of a slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Place half the Velveet in the bottom of the bowl. Top the velveeta with the cooked ground beef and chili seasoning. Add the chili beans. Top with remaining Velveeta cheese.
