21 cze 2011 · Instead of deleting the page breaks and adding spaces, I choose to go through the document and build a combined overall string based on each line. Bear in mind if you want to do this for only part of the current document you'll need to copy it to a new document.

Where the section is seperated by a section breaks to start a Next Page because the header has different information and numbering style just like common books do.
