21 lut 2023 · i installed the Visual Studio 98 on Windows 10. by some reason, the API viewer isn't showed on list. i don't know why. i even tried use the https://activevb.de/rubriken/apiviewer/index-apiviewereng.html#anchor3 but isn't compatible. so where is the VB6 API Viewer?
VB itself comes with an add-in utility called the API Viewer, with which you can locate an API function by name and copy the declaration for it – but this utility does not document how to use the function; you would have to find that out from some other resource.
16 kwi 2020 · There is a built in program that comes along with VB6 called API Text Viewer which lists all commonly used API functions, contants and types. A VB programmer can just find the required function from said program and insert into the VB module.
