I found a great deal through Vayama and want to pull the trigger but having never done business with them, I looked up some reviews and found so many negative experiences. I then did the same for Expedia, Travelocity, etc. (companies I know and trust) and found the same.
The airline tells me I have to work through my travel agent (Vayama) for a refund. After many attempts to contact Vayama, the only response I've gotten is an automated email reply saying they will contact me IF a refund is due.
We learned much later about Vayama's bad customer service and refusal to give refunds. Apparently, this is a thing with Google. They direct users to third-party vendors instead of the actual business you're trying to contact.
