We have recently booked flight tickets using Vayama. We had no previous relationship with this company, however we have used the Trip Avisor on several occasions to locate flights and hotels from. Our experience so far has been absolutely awful with Vayama.
Vayama is legit. Half the time people complain because they're clueless about the terms of the ticket they've bought or have mistakes/changes they need to rectify. To some extent this can apply to any third party so it's usually best to book direct with the airline.
Answer 1 of 34: Does anyone have any experience booking through this new website (beta): www.vayama.com? Their fares are good but not so fantastic as to be unbelievable. I like some of the features on their website, too.
