Answer 1 of 5: I got a flight through Vayama ( Vayama.com ) in July 2020, but we need to postpone the trip due to Coronavirus concerns, however they will not answer Customer service phone calls or emails.
After looking on Vayama's web site I note there are direct flights between Istanbul and Budapest taking 2 hours. I again contacted customer service and was told that there were no changes available in my itinerary.
Vayama- Terrible Customer Service, Kayak as well. 9 years ago. I booked my flights on Kayak and did not realize that Vayama was the agent handling the tickets. I thought that Kayak was a reputable company.
