Vanishing twin syndrome is evaluated to happen in 36% of twin pregnancies and in half of the pregnancies that begins with at least three or more gestational sacs.
This guidance will address the role of ultrasound in the care of uncomplicated twin pregnancy and those complicated by TTTS, selective FGR (sFGR), twin anemia–polycythemia sequence (TAPS), twin reversed arterial perfusion (TRAP) sequence, conjoined twins and single intrauterine death (IUD).
