The basic win condition is having Manaphy, Vanilluxe, and Radiant Alakazam on my bench, while Tsareena EX is in my active position. That way, I can prevent my opponent from using any attacks, and thus run their deck down to nothing OR take out their Pokémon one by one.
With hail up, Blizzard achieves 100% accuracy so you want to use Blizzard instead of Ice Beam. You also want to use Freeze Dry so you can hit water types for Super Effective damage. You also want Aurora Veil because it activates both Reflect and Light Screen at the same time.
